What does your typical workday look like?

My day usually kicks off with a team meeting where we discuss important matters and ongoing projects. Alongside a team of six engineers, including Production Engineers, a Manufacturing Engineer, a Quality Engineer, and our Production Manager, we dive into various projects where my main focus is on creating and refining new products.

My daily tasks revolve around improving production processes and ensuring quality. With multiple projects on my plate, each day brings something different and keeps me on my toes.

The challenges of a Production Engineer

What makes my job exciting is the variety and the need to come up with quick solutions. Sometimes things don't go as planned, and it's up to our team to troubleshoot and find the right fix. While it can be tough, it's also a rewarding challenge. Collaboration is key here—we work together to solve problems and make processes better.
