Reliable vacuum performance

The smooth and polished surfaces of our glass vacuum valves provide superior leak-tightness properties enhancing vacuum integrity. Our vacuum valves are designed for durability, with low outgassing achieved through the quality of both the valve design and the Viton O-rings. Even after 3000 piston movements, the valve's properties remain intact. These vacuum valves are also easy to clean, ensuring consistent performance at pressures as low as 10-10 torr and temperatures ranged from -30 to +200ºC (-BG to + 392ºF).

Our extensive expertise in thermal and laser processing, combined with cutting-edge technology, allows us to consistently deliver the highest standards of accuracy and quality, supported by Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Borosilicate glass: The material of choice for vacuum valves

Engineers often face the choice between glass and metal vacuum valves, each offering unique advantages. Glass vacuum valves stand out for their exceptional clarity and precision, allowing engineers to visually monitor the system and detect any issues with ease. Unlike metals, glass is highly resistant to chemical corrosion, making it ideal for handling aggressive or reactive substances without compromising performance. In addition, glass offers high thermal resistance, low thermal and electric conductivity and low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE).

Opting for glass vacuum valves not only improves visibility and chemical compatibility but also enhances overall system reliability and efficiency, critical for demanding applications.

User-friendly vacuum valves: simple setup, easy handling

Designed for straightforward installation and use, our manual and automated vacuum valves seamlessly integrate into various systems. Their intuitive, user-friendly design enables quick adaptation and operation, facilitating efficient project execution and minimizing the learning curve for engineers allowing them to focus on their core tasks.
